Shadows: An Exploration Through Photos
I’m not much of a photographer, but I was locked out of my house this morning. Having rushed out of the house, I forgot to grab a key. So when I arrived home, I found myself waiting for my father to return home to let me in.
During the forty minutes I was locked out, I got up to a few things. One consisted of thinking of a story idea I have, although that probably won’t materialise. The other was listening to James Bond music.
The final activity was essentially me sitting on a wall waiting. While I was sitting on this wall, I couldn’t help but notice my shadow. For some reason it really caught my attention and it intrigued me. I decided to capture this brief moment in time and quickly produced my phone. I took a photo of it and decided to explore this theme of shadows.
The photos attached are my five favourites. They’re all pretty similar in nature but each speaks something different.
I hope the twenty seconds you spend looking at them will be an enjoyable twenty seconds.
Any comments about them would be very welcome as this is my first photo submission.

Boredom is not a word in my book and I can see that you feel the same way. It made me laugh reading about all the things that you came up with to keep yourself occupied!

And yes Editor. I try my hardest not to be bored, althoguh I find that I'm often most productive when I don't have access to the whole world at my fingers or stuck in front of a TV. Oh well. I'm glad I made you laugh =P

No problem Stormer, i've worked with boredm most of my creative life lol and i've worked with shadows myself to. . .might have to upload a picture of my own wich could get some interesting comments :) But keep it up i do enjoy reading your work.
